Two Pepers Eat: Eva’s Bakery

We still haven’t mastered the food scene in seattle, so today i’m posting about one of our favorite spots in salt lake– the super cute boulangerie, Eva’s Bakery! Riley used to work right next door so we would meet up for lunch sometimes. this is also where i loved to take visitors when they were in town! you can’t beat the charming design and bright blue facade (which i somehow don’t have a picture of). but you may have seen it on instagram before! brunch is my favorite meal of the day and i love how many yummy places slc has with an awesome brunch! and eva’s is one of those places!

anyway, i’m pretty sure they don’t start table service until 10 a.m. but you can still get coffee, tea, and croissants before then. for breakfast, i recommend the stuffed french toast with Lemon cream cheese filling & blueberry compote. and for lunch, i love the croque madame and riley loved the steak sandwich. i’m seriously craving this place now! what i also love about eva’s bakery is that it’s right on main street in downtown slc. there is a trax and green bike stop right in front of it so it’s easy to get to. i used to love biking to it in the spring and summer when they have samples at their open window! i’m sure every local has been to eva’s, but if you’re visiting, you should definitely add it to your list!

^^^three things i love so much about the design: the shiplap walls, bentwood chairs, and the blue and white tile! it’s such a charming atmosphere for brunch!

Eva’s Bakery | 155 South Main Street, SLC | monday-saturday 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., sunday brunch 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
