My Best Friends Wedding
last week, we spent the whole day in provo because my best friend from college got married! i was so lucky and excited to be able to attend the temple ceremony. this was the first sealing i’ve attended other than mine and riley’s. it made me so happy and emotional to be in there and witness it. nowhere in the ceremony does it say “till death do you part” or any of that nonsense. instead it says “for time and all eternity”. it’s a really big deal, which makes it so special. the love in amy’s new husband, van’s, face when he looked at her was so cute. and the love in their family’s faces made it clear to me that this is true and good.
and then we ate crepes and squeezed cute babies and danced the night away! congrats amy and van! we love you!
