What I Do
Hello family and friends! you still there?! you may be wondering why i haven’t posted in like, a month. well i have a full time job now at alice lane-my dream job! alice lane has been around for six years and i’m pretty sure i’ve been following and loving them for most of those six years. so i was over the moon when they hired me as an intern over the summer right after graduation! after my internship, i was hired to work in the store as a stylist. it’s so much fun everyday and the people i get to work with are top notch. plus, our product is just the best of the best.
here are a few pictures of rooms that i’ve styled in the showroom since i started working with alice lane. we usually always work as a team to style these rooms, so i definitely can’t take all of the credit, but i’m still really proud of what we do.
^^^every time we style a room, we think of who’s room it is, what they do, who they are. this one on the left is a scholarly man’s bedroom with a bookshelf full of books and a reading chair not pictured across from his bed. the picture on the right is a perfect spot for a couple of girlfriends to sit and chat while sipping on some cocktails.
^^^Today, we changed everything in this room but kept the art and coffee table. you can see the new look in the first picture of this post. it’s amazing what just a few changes can do to a room!
so this is what i do everyday and i love it! i feel really lucky to be here. it makes those ten hour days not so bad! if you’re in utah at all, i’d love for you to come visit the store to say hi (and shop ;)!
