Little Dates #16: At the Pumpkin Patch!
^^^that pumpkin was freakishly heavy, let me tell you!
well friends, we have been in seattle for a week now. the first couple of days were hard for me but i’m warming up to it now! i was super excited to find a family run pumpkin patch not too far from our house. we checked it out yesterday and turns out it was way cool! there was even a market full of fresh local produce that we will shop at for now on! the actual pumpkin patch was just a couple streets over. it was huge! they even had corn mazes and hay rides and a great view of mt. rainier. we’ve been super lucky too because we’ve only had one or two cloudy days since we moved here! i’m hoping it stays like this forever ;)
^^^seeing this truck full of pumpkins reminded me of “double double toil and trouble” when mary kate and ashley are riding in the bed of a pumpkin truck! anyone else know what i’m talking about??
we picked out our perfect pumpkins (riley’s is gigantic and i warned him he’s going to hate scooping the guts out of it haha!) and brainstormed what we are going to carve this year! We also took a million pictures (clearly;)! if any of our friends want to fly out to carve pumpkins with us, you’re more than welcome! ;)
